Returns and Refund Policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally:

Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, or damaged / missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refund?

Don’t worry — here’s what to check first:

Re-check your bank account — it may already be there.
Contact your credit card company — posting can take a few business days.
Reach out to your bank — there’s often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale items are final. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at villoraa.outfit@gmail.com , for Pc users can use this link if that doesn’t works villoraa.outfit@gmail.com and we handle the rest.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser — and they’ll be notified of the return.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs — these are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Depending on where you live, delivery time for exchanged products may vary.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
